Article 9. Proof of registration of the domain name.

Article 9 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, services of the information society and electronic commerce, hereinafter LSSI provides that:
The providers of the information society established in Spain must notify the Companies Registry in which they are registered, or that other public register in which they were to acquire legal personality or the sole purpose of advertising, at least A domain name or Internet address, if any, used for identification on the Internet, as well as all acts of replacement or cancellation thereof, unless such information is already included in the register.
Domain names and replacing or canceling recorded in each record, in accordance with regulatory standards will be made.
The entries made in the Commercial Registries immediately inform the Central Registry for inclusion in the data that are the subject of informative advertising by the Register.
The notification requirement in paragraph 1 shall be fulfilled within one month of obtaining, replacement or cancellation of the respective domain name or Internet address.

Article 10. General information.

Article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, services of the information society and electronic commerce, hereinafter LSSI provides that:

Notwithstanding the requirements on information set forth in current legislation, the provider of information society is obliged to have the means to both recipients of the service and competent bodies to access electronically, permanent, easy, direct and free to the following information:
Your name or company name; residence or domicile or, failing that, address of one of its permanent establishments in Spain; your e-mail address and any other information that will allow him to establish direct and effective communication.
Registration data in the registry that Article 9 refers to.
In the event that its activity is subject to a system of prior administrative approval, the data concerning the authorization and the identification of the competent body responsible for supervision.
If he pursues a regulated profession must indicate:
Data from the professional association to which, if any, belonging and membership number.
The academic or professional title that counts.
The State of the European Union or the European Economic Area in which the diploma was issued and, where appropriate, the corresponding approval or recognition.
Professional standards applicable to the exercise of their profession and the means by which they can learn, including electronic.
The tax identification number that corresponds.
Clear and accurate information on the price of product or service, indicating whether or not include applicable taxes and, where appropriate, the costs of shipping.
The codes of conduct to which, if any, is attached and how to consult electronically.
Obligation to provide this information is met if the provider includes it in your page or website in the conditions indicated in paragraph 1.
